A Good Shepherd Variety Show – Friday, November 20th
Plans are being made for an all-church variety show entitled: “Whatever Happened to Old Time Radio?” This is an opportunity to bring our church family together for fun, fellowship and to share the gifts of God’s talents and blessings in our lives. The plan is to present the show on Friday, November 20th, under the direction of Shirley Hulse. Everyone is encouraged to participate as we need help with everything from performers to stage crew and all things in-between. This is a fun way to build deeper church family relationships and support our outreach as well! If you have any questions at all please contact Shirley at 708/923-1713 or Pastor Basch.
Our Choirs are back and we are thankful. Their support of our worship has been missed. We are especially thankful for the dedicated efforts of each chorister as they take their part in making a joyful noise to the Lord. If you have ever thought of participating, now is a great time as our choirs prepare new music for the coming season and get ready for the coming holidays. The Adult Choir, Flute Choir and Joy Ringers rehearse on Wednesday nights while the Bells practice on Thursday. The Junior Choir practices on Monday evening. Our youngest choir, the Cherubs, practices on Sunday morning just before Sunday School. All choirs welcome new participants! 2009 List of College Students
